1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Personalised products require additional time and are dispatched within 4–5 working days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–8 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

• If an order is returned back to us (RTO) due to reasons like:
  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept the order
• Reshipping will only be processed after a ₹100 payment, which covers the additional courier charges incurred.

4. Important Notes

• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
